The tour will feature condominiums and townhomes currently for sale across a range of neighborhoods in San Francisco. This income based program is for low- to- moderate income households and individuals earning 75 to 130 percent of the area median income.

Come see homeownership Below Market Rate (BMR) properties, guided by a realtor, a housing counselor, and a program approved lender. These industry experts will provide information on the home purchase process and how to apply for San Franciscos’ BMR and mortgage assistance programs.

A light lunch will be provided. Vegetarian options available.
